The Paragon '59

The Paragon '59 is my tribute to those iconic guitars built in 1959.  Being a "Burst" inspired guitar, the Paragon '59 has all of the features and details that make those guitars great.

Only the highest quality hand selected Honduran Mahogany is used for the Body and Neck.  The wood must meet certain weight and visual criteria for it to be selected for a Paragon '59.  The Necks are all one piece and Quarter sawn.  The top wood is Maple from Eastern Pennsylvania, is intensly Figured, and will meet or excede the grading of the top seen on this page.

The Paragon '59 oozes vintage vibe.  From the slighly aged/distressed hardware, to the heavily rolled binding edge of the fingerboard, this guitar will feel like an old friend right from the start.

If you have always dreamed of a "Burst" inspired guitar of exceptional quality, then the Paragon '59 is for you.

All of the details of this guitar have been measured from an original Burst from 1959.  The top carve, control cavities, pickup cavities, neck construction and neck joint are all as they would be on an original Burst.  Care was taken to replicate the smallest of details to make this instrument look and sound just like an original Burst at a fraction of the price.
