I’m excited for you to join the DGN Family!! If you’re considering a Custom Guitar or Amp Build here’s what you need to know.
I revamped my deposit and payment structure to make starting the process easier than ever. Im always willing to work with my clients to turn the gear of their dreams into a reality. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions about the build or payment process.
Deposits for Custom Guitar and Amp Builds are approximately 1/3 of the total price including any upcharges. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ When you're ready to order your DGN, simply head to the ordering page for the particular Guitar or Amp you have in mind. Select your options and upcharges and then Click Add to Cart.
In the Cart, use the Discount Code "DEPOSIT" to adjust the total balance to your 3rd down deposit payment. Completing the checkout starts the build process!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal and Venmo. NEW - I am thrilled to offer "Buy Now Pay Later" from Paypal!!! There are a few different options depending on the size of your purchase and budget. Click "Learn More" while in the cart for options. Please note, when financing your custom build purchase through Buy Now Pay Later, don't use the deposit coupon code or only 1/3 of your purchase will be financed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ After your Deposit is paid, I will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm your order. An invoice from my system confirming the total for your build along with a list of your options will be emailed as well. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Final Payment - There are 2 options for completing final payment on your build.
1 - The remaining balance plus shipping will be invoiced upon completion and prior to the shipment of your custom build. 2 - Split your remaining balance plus shipping into 2-4 payments to be made during the build process. The build times listed above are estimates and could be longer due to any unforseen circustances that may arise. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The not so fun, but unfortunately necessary fine print.... Custom Guitar Build deposits are Non Refundable. Once your deposit is paid, the process starts almost immediately and parts/materials are ordered. Furthermore, due to the highly custom nature of my guitars, all custom build sales are final. I do my very best to create every single instrument that leaves the shop to the highest standard possible. I stand behind my work 100% and if something does arise, I will absolutely take care of it and make it right no questions asked. Your comple satisfaction with your custom build is my top priority.
